Final Fantasy, not so final! ...again! Boy, are we excited! It's been years since the last "real" FF game (not including FFXI because it was a MMORPG instead of just RPG) and we're waiting in great anticipation! We talk about how FF came to be what it is today, our hopes for FFXII, and a look to the future FF games, namely the FFXIII games. We also talk about other RPGs we have played or heard of... we realize just how many there are, and we don't even mention them all! It's definitely worth a listen if you're into RPGs!

We talk about which of the consoles we're getting, what games we'll be buying to go along with them, when we'll arrive to clain our goods, what we expect to see when we get there, and what's going to happen to our old systems after we get the new ones. All the excitement concludes next week when we chronicle our actual launch experiences and our first thoughts on the consoles! We also give you a mini-update on our current gaming adventures.

Then we talk about the games we got, what we've played, our thoughts on the Wii Channels, our impressions of the Virtual Console and backwards compatibility, and the internet capabilities. We also talk about what we're hoping to get in the future. Wii are truly excited about it! (pardon the pun)

Podcast S.E. #1 (8/23/06)

Special Edition! Tonight we talked about the recent announcement of the songlist for Karaoke Revolution: American Idol. We also discussed the single-player mode, the addition of feedback from the judges, and the modified rewards system in the game, as well as the release window which is believed to be just before the new American Idol season starts in January, presumably just in time for the prime holiday season.


Podcast S.E. #2 (9/14/06)

This Special Edition podcast covers the Nintendo Press Conference regarding the Wii launch. We discuss the launch itself, namely the date and price of the console, along with the list of launch titles and other games that will be coming out in the launch window. We also talk about the other things mentioned during the conference, including the Wii Channels, game pricing for Wii and Virtual Console titles and extra controllers, and the proximity of the Wii launch to the PS3 launch.
